What 15 Youth Pastors Taught Me in 48 Hours

This week I joined 15 youth pastors from across the country for a two-day Youth Ministry Think Tank — a powerful time of collaboration, leadership development, and next-gen ministry vision. Across six sessions we wrestled through student leadership, parent ministry, systems, and sustainability, but what stood out most was the shared heartbeat in the room: helping teenagers know Jesus and make Him known. Ministry can feel lonely, but gatherings like this remind us we’re not meant to lead alone. When like-minded leaders come together, we gain what we can’t Google, we remember we’re not alone, and we grow by both giving and receiving. The result? Fresh fire, renewed clarity, and encouragement to keep leading the next generation well.
